Consultation & Planning

This is the initial stage where you meet with me in person, via phone, or video call, to discuss your ceremony.

During this stage:

You’ll share your vision, preferences, and any special requests.
I will ask questions to understand your story, values, and any important elements you’d like included.
For weddings, this could involve discussing vows, readings, and symbolic rituals. For funerals, it may include personal tributes and music choices.

Writing & Preparation

Once the details are agreed upon, I will begin crafting a personalised ceremony. This stage includes:

Writing a bespoke script tailored to your wishes.
Offering support with personal vows, speeches, or readings.
Reviewing and refining the ceremony script with you to ensure it feels right.
Coordinating with any key people involved, such as family members, musicians, or venue staff.

The Ceremony & Delivery

On the day of the event, I will take care of guiding and delivering the ceremony:

Arriving early to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Leading the ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and presence.
Creating a meaningful experience that captures the emotions of the moment.
Providing a copy of the ceremony script as a keepsake (optional).
